Prior to 2021 Just Sports gift cards were redeemable in-store only. At the end of 2020 gift cards were integrated with our online store so they were redeemable for online purchases as well.In an effort to continue with our established gift card numbering system AND protect your gift card balances from unauthorized use, we implemented some customizations to support PIN validation. We added PINs to previously issued gift cards retroactively, and printed all new gift cards with a PIN.Recently our online platform announced some changes to their checkout page that limit our ability to smoothly and reliably enforce PIN validation. As a result, we had to make some decisions about how to move forward, but protecting your gift card balances, and providing the best customer service we can, remained our top priority.So here is what is happening...<ol><li>Beginning 08/13/24 we are selling new gift cards that are already compatible with the online store</li><li>All gift cards issued prior to 08/13/24 have been deactivated in the online store only.&#xA0;Previously issued gift cards will continue to work in-store without issue or interruption</li><li>If you have one of these previously issued cards, and you want to redeem it online <a href="https://www.shopjustsports.com/pages/gift-card-contact-form" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer">message us using our gift card contact form found here</a>. Include a picture of the back of the card that shows the gift card #, and we will issue you a replacement gift card that will work online.
